TIMETABLE - LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS & RECORDINGS

Click on the session you are interested in and ask to join on FaceBook.  The sessions will be held on FaceBook LIVE at the scheduled time.  The recording stays posted on that page so you can watch any time you wish, as often as you wish.

REGULAR TIMETABLE (WATCH LIVE CLASSES at the times stated OR WATCH HUNDREDS OF RECORDINGS at a time that suits you!)

MON 7am HIIT or MIIT (High / Medium Intensity Interval Training) 30 mins 

MON 715pm Time for YOGA (30 mins) 

MON 8pm PILATES BEGINNERS, RETURNERS AND POSTNATAL (60 mins) 

TUES 7am HIIT or MIIT WITH KIT (High / Medium Intensity Interval Training with Home based Equipment e.g. weights, bands etc) 30 mins 

TUES 7pm WEIGHTS WORK (30 mins) - Large and small weights 

 TUES 815pm GENERAL PILATES (60 mins) 

 WED 7am HIIT or MIIT (High / Medium Intensity Interval Training) 30 mins 

WED 630pm PREGNANCY PILATES – GYM BALL (30 Mins)

WED 7pm 30 Mins PREGNANCY PILATES (30 Mins)

THURS 7am LOW INTENSITY BOOTCAMP - Like a HIIT Class but NO JUMPING / NO JOGGING / NO BURPEES! (30 mins)

THURS 7am MUMS PILATES (30 mins)  You don’t need to be a MUM but just be aware that this has limited abs and no lying on tummies!


FRIDAY *** NO LIVE CLASSES TODAY – Please do a recording

SAT 8am WEIGHTS WORK (60 mins) - Large and small weights 

SAT 915am General Pilates (60 mins) 

SAT 10.30am HIIT or MIIT (High / Medium Intensity Interval Training) 30 mins

PRICING

Membership includes unlimited use of all classes on the Live Timetable AND unlimited access to all recordings.  You also have direct access to your instructor, so you can ask questions or book 1-2-1 sessions at a reduced rate.

Membership is £25 per month.  No joining fee.
